Will I be charged for reserving an item?
You will only be charged the full amount once the campaign sells the minimum shirts sold goal which is 10 items. If a campaign has not sold 10 items yet, you will simply be charged a $1 authorization charge to reserve the shirt, which will disappear if the campaign ends up not passing the minimum 10 items.
When will I receive my item?
All items are custom made thus are printed once the campaign ends. From the day the campaign ends expect to receive your items within 10 to 15 business days for domestic orders and up to 25 days for international orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies depending on location and types of items ordered. Please click “Add To Cart” and proceed to the checkout to see how much shipping is to your location. Generally speaking for T Shirts shipped within the USA rates are $4.85 plus $1 per additional item.
What payment methods do you accept?
CrowdThreads accepts most major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express from almost any country in the world. We also accept Paypal.

CrowdThreads goes above and beyond when it comes to security. We offer an industry leading Extended Verification SSL encrypting your personal and financial information to the highest standards possible. Rest assured all payments and sensitive information through our platform are protected.
I ordered the wrong size, can this be fixed?
Absolutely, as long as you notify us before the campaign ends switching your order or size is simple. Just email [email protected] with your Order ID or email and the changes you want and we will do the rest. Please note this only applies to campaigns that have not yet finished.
Do you offer refunds?
CrowdThreads offers a full 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products within 30 days of receiving your item simply contact [email protected] for the details on how to send it back to us. Once we receive the item we will issue you a full refund or store credit.
Do you offer exchanges?
Since these are custom one time only printed shirts, we cannot offer exchanges.

Where can i track the status of my order?
Please visit https://crowdthreads.com/track to view the stauts of your order. Alternatively you can also click the link from your email receipt as well. Once your item ships you will receive another email with its tracking number.

Who can sell on CrowdThreads?
CrowdThreads is literally for anyone! non-profits, charities, companies, sports teams, schools, organizations, or even people looking to make a side income selling custom apparel with no upfront cost or risk.
How long does a campaign run for?
Campaigns can run between 3 and 21 days.
Can I become a seller if I live outside the United States?
Of course! Sellers can join from any part of the world.
How are taxes handled on my profits?
CrowdThreads does not withhold any taxes from your profits. It is your responsibility to pay taxes on your profits. You are required however to fill out a 1099 form if you receive more than $600 in profits and reside in the USA.
How does CrowdThreads make money?
We make a flat fee per shirt sold. We never take a percentage or any part of your profits.
When can I withdraw my earnings and how?
Once your open campaign profits become final earnings you can then request a payout for that campaign. Open campaign profits become final earnings 48 hours once the campaign ends. You can receive your earnings through paypal, skrill, or bankwire.
What happens if I don't sell at least 10 shirts?
If you don't pass the minimum goal mark of 10 shirts, your campaign will not go to print. You can however re-launch a campaign once it ends.
Who pays the fees for sending out payment?
CrowdThreads will pay 100% of all fees associated with sending out your profits!
How are refunds handled?
Refunds are on a case by case basis. If clients refund we will either deduct from your current campaign or charged to your next campaign.
Do I make more money the more shirts I sell?
Yes! once you pass 10 shirts, every single shirt you sell drops the base cost of your shirt. This means the more shirts you sell the more profit you make.
Who handles customer service?
All you need to do is promote your campaign, we do the rest from customer support to delivering the products.
Where are your shirts printed?
CrowdThreads shirts are all printed here in the United States. We also offer the most premium brands available from Next Level to American Apparel.
What printing process do you use?
CrowdThreads shirts are all Screen Printed ensuring top quality designs.
How do I promote my campaign?
There are various different ways to promote your campaign. The first being using your existing social media outlets and influence, take your unique link and share it will all your followers encouraging them to make a purchase. The second way is to market your campaign online by using Facebook ads platform or others such as Google, Bing etc. This involves spending your own cash to market your shirts, however can result in large profits.
Can CrowdThreads assist me with the design of my shirt?
If you are a charity, organization or influencer with a large following, CrowdThreads offers managed campaigns where we design your shirt and assist in marketing at no cost to you.
What is intellectual property and how does it affect me?
Intellectual property rights protect designs, logos, sayings and colors that are trademarked by their respective owners. Sellers must ensure not to use any design elements that would be copyrighted as it would result in the cancellation of the campaign. Ensure your designs are 100% your own and or have written permission from the owners to use them.
What is an example of a protected design?
Examples include logos, images, colors of sports teams, music labels TV shows, movies and any other item that is protected material.
